Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Oversee onboarding activities for new hires and ensure a smooth integration.
• Address and resolve employee relations matters with timely guidance.
• Coordinate performance management including goal setting and reviews.
• Maintain accurate HR data and confidential employee records.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and coordinate training calendars.
