Responsibilities

• Contact appropriate department to resolve guest calls and problems.
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while preserving guest loyalty.
• Promote brand image internally and externally.
• Process reservations and rewards points; enter guest information into systems.
• Support Sales & Marketing with general office tasks and training.
