Pt Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Deputy Manager of Financial Analysis & FP&A for East Indonesia. The role oversees budgets, financial analysis, and reporting for regional operations, reporting to senior leadership and coordinating with sales, marketing, and factory teams.

The candidate will lead a small finance team, drive cost efficiency, and provide decision support for regional growth initiatives in FMCG perishable goods.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual budgets for regional operations and monitor variances.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support for Sales/Marketing initiatives.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses for senior leadership.
• Mentor and develop a team of finance and accounting staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional finances with corporate strategy.
