Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a Field Collection Manager to oversee the Field Collection team in Bandung. You will lead daily operations, reporting, and systems to ensure activities run smoothly and SLA-compliant reporting.

You will monitor performance, craft strategies to improve processes, and manage capacity planning and budgets for field coverage. English is an advantage in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from any major.
• Over 10 years experience in Area/Field Collection.
• Experience leading a large team; people management is mandatory.
• Strong capability to manage people and streamline business processes.
• Target-oriented, agile environment with high mobility; English is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily operations, reporting and systems for the Field Collection team to ensure activities run smoothly and reporting meets SLA.
• Monitor and review team performance, develop strategies to improve processes and meet targets.
• Manage capacity planning for Team Leaders and Collectors to ensure portfolios are handled effectively.
• Plan and manage midterm/long-term headcount requirements and budgets for the field coverage.
• Ensure all field team processes comply with SOPs and coordinate with Legal for recovery processes.

As Field Collection Manager, You will responsible to:

• Manage daily operations, reporting and system in all Field Collection team to ensure every activity is running properly and all reporting is delivered within SLA.
• Monitor and review team's performance, create strategy and generate ideas for improving business process to ensure field collection team meet their target.
• Manage Capacity Plan of Team Leader and Collectors to ensure portfolio are handled effectively.
• Plan and manage midterm/long term headcount requirements and budget of the coverage field.
• Monitor and ensure all the process in field team comply with guidelines and SOP and closely work with legal team to control legal recovery processes.

We are looking for Talents with:

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree, open from any major.
• Having extensive working experience in Area/Field Collection for more than 10 years.
• Have experience handle a big team and people management is mandatory.
• Strong in managing people and business process.
• Comfortable with high target oriented, agile environment and high mobility.
• Able to communicate in English will be an advantage.
