Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a senior leader to head Collections Operations, driving end-to-end collections campaigns, efficiency improvements, and strategic initiatives across internal teams and external partners. The role requires strong leadership of large teams, experience with field and legal collections, and a track record of meeting aggressive targets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in Collection Operations and Strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-due and early collections campaigns to drive efficiency.
• Build and manage internal and external field/late collection processes to deliver targeted recovery rates, and manage legal collection strategies and processes including debt sale.
• Drive ongoing plan to improve overall efficiency and recovery performance.
• Manage and develop Collection team, external agencies, legal recovery, analytics/reporting, collection strategies & processes and Training/Quality and ensure every team meets the objective.
• Headcount planning and budget of Collection department.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and Ops to ensure manpower and technical capacities readiness.
• Regular audit of collection processes to deliver stabilization, control mechanisms into the processes for startup and fraud prevention in late collection and enhance collection reporting.
• Active participation in roll out of new collection system and ensure its stabilization in ongoing development of collection technology.
