Job summary

Thisismash is seeking an experienced Events Specialist to plan, support, and execute high-impact experiences across SEA—from public activations and thought leadership forums to internal engagements and partner showcases for a global technology company.

You will own end-to-end event lifecycles, collaborate with B2B, B2C, and Brand teams, manage budgets, vendors, and logistics, and travel across Southeast Asia to deliver memorable, shareable moments that resonate with audiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in event management.
• Proven ability to plan and execute diverse event formats.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, execute and manage high-profile events across SEA.
• Own end-to-end event lifecycle from brief to wrap-up including budgets and vendors.
• Collaborate across B2B, B2C, and Brand teams to ensure impact and measurability.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners for seamless execution.
• Manage timelines and run-of-show documentation across multiple events.
