Job summary

PT Biwel Sukses Bersama, operating Sophie Martin, seeks an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead marketplace operations across Indonesia and expansion into Malaysia and the Philippines. The role requires managing TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada, coordinating export logistics, and supporting offline store growth.

Travel to Malaysia and the Philippines for meetings and market visits, and provide regular performance reporting to management. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in e-commerce, marketplace, export, or related commercial role.
• Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Experience with Malaysia and/or Philippines markets is preferred.
• Experience with marketplace setup, key account management, and stock/inventory management.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Sophie Martin, one of Biwel’s brands, is an Indonesia-based fashion brand focused on bags and fashion accessories. The brand is now expanding its presence across Southeast Asia, starting with Malaysia and the Philippines. You will be managing Sophie Martin’s e-commerce operations in the Malaysia and Philippines markets, while also overseeing the export process.

Job Description:

• Manage and grow TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada, from setup to day-to-day operations and sales growth.
• Coordinate the export and delivery of Sophie Martin products from Indonesia, including stock and logistics coordination.
• Support the development and operation of offline stores in Malaysia and Philippines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, export, key account, business development, or a related commercial role.
• Hands‑on experience managing TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Experience working with the Malaysia and/or Philippines market.
• Experience in marketplace setup, key account management, and stock/inventory management.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of the export process.
• Preferably already holds a valid passport.
