PT MAP AKTIF ADIPERKASA is seeking a Regional Sales Planning and Operations Manager to drive sales achievement across the Jakarta region. You will review store performance, guide coordinators, and ensure adherence to company guidelines while strategizing for underperforming stores.

Responsibilities include reporting, coordinating openings and promotions, managing inventory drills, and coaching store leaders to maximize regional growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor sales achievement in regional area.
• Review & analyze sales performance for each store.
• Ensure Operations Coordinators follow procedures and guidelines.
• Analyze and improve strategies for underperforming stores.
• Prepare daily, monthly, YTD sales reports and regional overview.
• Coordinate store openings/closings, promotions with landlords and contractors.
• Oversee store expansion with Business Development and GM input.
• Monitor inventory levels via stock reports and prevent missing items.
• Coach staff and develop career potential for operational teams.
• Ensure daily operations run per company standards.
