Job summary

AnyMind Group in Jakarta is seeking an Events & Experiences Manager on the Regional Creator Growth team to design and execute 20–30 impactful events annually across Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand. You will own end-to-end event production, negotiate vendor margins, and collaborate with Brand Solutions to deliver brand-funded experiences that engage the regional creator community.

This role requires 5+ years of experience, strong English, willingness to travel, and the ability to adapt formats

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end event production experience.
• Proven track record managing budgets and margins.
• Experience coordinating multi-country events in SEA.
• Professional English required; Thai, Vietnamese, or Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
• Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia (approx. 1 week/month) and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute 20–30 high-impact events annually across Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand.
• Oversee end-to-end event production, from concept to on-site delivery.
• Negotiate vendor P&L margins and manage compliance.
• Lead experience design and brand-funded creator initiatives.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure consistency and scalability.
