VNGGames in Jakarta is seeking a Brand Specialist to build and manage the local creator ecosystem. You will recruit, brief, grow and measure the local creator base as the primary organic acquisition engine, collaborating closely with campaigns and brand teams.

The role emphasizes creator management, performance monitoring, and delivering a monthly content calendar with clear ROI. Strong Indonesian network and influencer experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience in creator, KOL or influencer marketing including sourcing, negotiation and contracting.
• Experience reviewing creator content and managing a roster at scale (planning assumption 30 to 50 creators per specialist).
• Some experience directing a collaborator or intern.

Responsabilidades

• Manage local creators, negotiate and contract with them, and brief campaigns.
• Track creator content performance and reallocate spend accordingly.
• Deliverables include creator roster, monthly content calendar, and performance reporting.
