Job summary

Unearthed Productions Private Ltd in Jakarta is seeking a senior events and brand activations lead to drive creative direction for live events, campaigns and brand experiences. You will manage remote designers in Jakarta and collaborate with regional teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

The role requires 4–6 years in creative roles, strong portfolio, and hands-on Adobe CC skills; English and Indonesian proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

4–6 years of relevant creative experience in advertising or live events.
Experience managing remote designers and leading a multidisciplinary team.
Strong portfolio showing advertising work with events or activations.
Strong concept development, art direction, typography, branding, visual storytelling.
Hands-on Adobe Creative Cloud skills and knowledge of event production.

Responsibilities

Develop concepts, visual direction for events, exhibitions, product launches and campaigns.
Translate briefs into visuals, moodboards, storyboards, spatial concepts and decks.
Lead and mentor remote 2D/3D/motion/content designers; allocate work with feedback.
Coordinate with regional colleagues to maintain standards and timely delivery.
Collaborate with producers and vendors to meet budget, venue, schedule and production needs.
Review assets for brand consistency and production readiness.
Present concepts to clients and guide revisions during site visits and deliveries.
