Job summary

GrabFood's Region Commercial teams help Food and Mart merchants grow their businesses with us. We work with merchant partners on Campaigns, Ads, and lending solutions, alongside coordinating with merchant operations, marketing, and central teams.

You will lead commercial performance for Central Java and Yogyakarta. You will have team leads who lead daily field operations and manage most of the sales team. This is a field-based role with regular travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in commercial sales, biz dev, or account mgmt with 4+ years leading teams.
• Experience growing sales via merchant acquisition and account development.
• Experience coordinating strategic cross-functional projects from plan to delivery.
• Strong stakeholder mgmt and negotiation; able to align teams without direct authority.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
• Experience with AI tools to boost productivity and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional execution through Food/Mart Sales Managers and Partner Ops; coach teams.
• Coordinate sales planning across Food and Mart; drive OKR setting.
• Drive strategic projects; coordinate with central stakeholders.
• Represent region in cross-region discussions; align joint priorities.
• Support merchant growth via campaigns, ads, and lending products.
• Oversee merchant acquisition and portfolio growth; manage top partners.
• Build sales operations aligned with central initiatives; adapt to local needs.
• Use approved AI tools to prepare account briefs and streamline workflows.
