Job summary

PT Petour Petfood Indonesia (PPI) seeks a driven Business Development Manager – Central to lead growth in West Java, Central Java, and Kalimantan from Bandung. You will own sell-in and sell-out, grow distribution for Mr.

Vet, Bite of Wild, and Keepo, and report to regional management. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in sales/BD with regional experience, strong distributor relations, and the ability to translate data into action.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales/BD experience with 2–3 years in regional management.
• Proven track record of delivering regional sell-in and sell-out targets.
• Strong experience in distributor management and driving distribution and visibility growth.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with distributors and customers.
• Native Indonesian with working proficiency in English; data-driven and able to read distribution reports.
• Based in Bandung, willing to travel frequently across West Java, Central Java, and Kalimantan.

Responsibilities

• Own sell-in and sell-out targets across West Java, Central Java, and Kalimantan.
• Develop regional business plan including territory mapping, channel priorities, and targets.
• Drive distribution growth for Mr. Vet, Bite of Wild, and Keepo across the region.
• Ensure strong in-store visibility through displays, planograms, POSM, and activations.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with distributors and customers; open new accounts.
• Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, orders, outlet coverage, and sell-out data.
• Conduct regular business reviews with distributors and customers; negotiate terms and listings.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance on promotions and stock availability.
• Prepare regional performance reports and market insights for management.
• Travel frequently within the region.
