Job summary

PT. PETOUR PETFOOD INDONESIA is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive based in Makassar to accelerate growth, expand distribution, and strengthen market presence across Sulawesi and Papua.

You will drive sales performance, manage distributors, and ensure product visibility and availability. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in Sales or Business Development, with strong Sell-In/Sell-Out knowledge, leadership, and willingness to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development or General Trade/Distribution (FMCG, Pet Food, Consumer Goods, or Retail preferred).
• Strong Sell-In and Sell-Out understanding; distributor management and territory development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage monthly sales performance across distributor networks to hit targets.
• Drive equitable product distribution and identify new market development opportunities in Sulawesi and Papua.
• Lead, support, and train the field sales team for high-quality in-store execution.
