Job summary

PT Petour Petfood Indonesia (PPI) seeks a Warehouse Operations Leader to drive efficient warehouse activities for B2B and B2C channels. You will manage the warehouse enabler, ensure compliance with SOPs and SLAs, and coordinate stock, pick-pack, and dispatch processes to meet delivery commitments.

Based in BSD, Tangerang, you will oversee WMS usage, collaborate with logistics partners, and support import customs clearance. A minimum of 2 years in warehouse/logistics is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse workflows, WMS, and import customs clearance procedures.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Based in or willing to work from BSD, Tangerang; on-site collaboration with partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage warehouse enabler performance, ensuring SOPs and SLAs are met.
• Liaise between PPI Supply Chain/Logistics and enabler on day-to-day operations (stock, pick-pack, dispatch).
• Manage warehouse workflows for B2B and B2C orders; adapt processes per channel needs.
• Monitor stock accuracy and order status via WMS or internal systems.
• Coordinate with local logistics partners; resolve delivery discrepancies (shortages, damages).
• Assist with import customs clearance for goods entering the warehouse.
• Manage cloud warehouse operations for e-commerce channel needs.
