Job summary

PT Petour Petfood Indonesia is seeking a proactive Key Account Executive to lead our National Key Account and Local Modern Trade initiatives. You will manage relationships with key accounts and distributors, drive listings, and support a planned expansion of the Modern Trade footprint.

Based in Jabodetabek or BSD, Tangerang, you will travel to outlets as needed and collaborate closely with sales and marketing to deliver term negotiations, performance reviews, and mid-to-long-term growth plans

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a Key Account/Modern Trade role in FMCG or pet care.
• Strong understanding of trading terms, product listing processes, and Key Account reviews.
• Experience monitoring local distributor performance is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Target-driven with comfort using performance data and contributing to mid-to-long-term planning.
• Willing to travel for outlet/distributor visits as needed.
• Based in Jabodetabek or willing to work from BSD, Tangerang office.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Modern Trade National Key Account and Local Modern Trade.
• Monitor Local Distributor performance handling Modern Trade and DC.
• Responsible for Modern Trade Sales and SMD/SPG Modern Trade performance.
• Opening new Local Modern Trade accounts and negotiating product listings.
• Conducting monthly Business Review with Key Accounts, including Trading Term discussions.
