Qualifications

• Good knowledge of people management and team handling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage branches within the regional area to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead all activity initiatives within branches, including events and promotions to drive enrollment.
• Demonstrate understanding of PnL to evaluate market conditions and optimize revenue.
• Oversee the customer experience and end-to-end journey to foster loyalty.
