Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks an Automation Engineer to lead regional automation opportunities across SEA & ANZ. The role focuses on technical sales support, project coordination, and service delivery to drive growth from current levels toward targeted orders and revenue.

Responsibilities include interfacing with customers, preparing proposals, coordinating clarifications with global teams, and delivering on-site services, upgrades, and modernizations to enable scalable automation solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
5+ years of experience in industrial automation, process control, technical sales, or service engineering.
Experience with DCS, PLC, QCS, drive systems, or process automation solutions.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical interface for all automation opportunities in SEA & ANZ.
Support Account Managers in identifying, developing, and converting opportunities.
Prepare technical proposals, solution concepts, and customer presentations.
Coordinate technical clarifications with customers and global automation teams.
Serve as the main contact for automation projects within the region.
Coordinate with customers, account managers, engineering teams, and global automation experts.
Support execution of control system upgrades, QCS projects, machine rebuilds, and modernization projects.
Perform on-site service activities, troubleshooting, commissioning, and technical support as required.
Drive growth in automation sales including upgrades, QCS, spares, and service agreements.
