Job summary

Syngenta Group in Indonesia seeks an Automation Engineer to lead and support plant automation projects across AMEA seed production sites as part of a globally connected engineering network.

You will collaborate with regional peers, work with vendors on technology selection, and help define scopes for capital automation projects while supporting safety and cybersecurity standards across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in maintenance, OT automation, electrical systems, or project delivery.
• Experience with IT/OT networks and cybersecurity basics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support plant automation projects across AMEA seed sites.
• Collaborate with regional/global engineers to align standards and share best practices.
• Work with vendors on technology selection and with engineering teams to define scope of capital automation projects.
• Provide regional support for OT/IT network components and maintain site SCADA systems.
