Timezone Indonesia is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple venues in the Jakarta area. You will drive performance, develop venue leaders, and ensure adherence to brand standards.
You will analyze financials, manage budgets, lead trainings, and coordinate with People & Culture, Marketing, and IT to deliver memorable guest experiences while expanding footprint across Indonesia.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all venues in the area
Monitor, analyze, and create action plan for key performance metrics (e.g., revenue, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency)
Implement strategies to improve venue performance and meet business goals
Recruit, mentor, and develop venue managers to ensure high-performing teams
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
Organize and lead area meetings, training sessions, and workshops
Uphold TEEG’s service standards to create memorable guest experiences
Address escalated guest issues promptly and professionally
Drive initiatives to enhance guest loyalty and satisfaction
Develop and manage regional budgets, ensuring cost efficiency
Analyze financial reports and implement actions to improve profitability
Identify growth opportunities, including new venue openings and revenue streams
Ensure all venues comply with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards
Conduct regular site visits to assess adherence to brand guidelines
Work closely with the People and Culture, Marketing, IT teams to support venue operations
Serve as the communication bridge between regional manager and individual venues
5+ years of experience in regional/multi-unit management, preferably in the entertainment, retail, or hospitality industry
Have ability to communicate in English is a MUST
Strong leadership and team management skills
Exceptional problem-solving and decision‑making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities
Willingness to travel extensively within the area
Passion for the entertainment and retail industry
Proven track record of achieving operational excellence and financial targets
Willing to be relocated and manage operations across Indonesia
