As a Recruitment Operations Intern, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process, primarily from an operational and administrative perspective. You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure sourcing, screening, and interview processes run efficiently, in a structured and timely manner.

• Support recruitment operations to improve speed to hire and overall hiring effectiveness
• Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Glints, and other channels) based on team direction
• Conduct initial CV screening and manage candidate administrative data
• Perform candidate outreach and follow-ups via WhatsApp, email, or other platforms
• Schedule interviews (internal and external) and ensure candidate attendance (reminders & confirmations)
• Maintain and update candidate data in trackers or recruitment systems
• Monitor candidate pipeline and follow up actively and consistently
• Assist in preparing basic reports on recruitment progress
• Support post-hiring administrative processes as needed
