Job summary

MDA Group is seeking a proactive Recruitment Assistant in Samarinda to support the end-to-end hiring process, including posting roles, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

You will work with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to schedule assessments, perform initial screenings, maintain candidate databases, and help with employer branding activities such as job fairs and social media campaigns.
