Job summary

PT Visionet Data Internasional is seeking an IT Recruitment professional responsible for end-to-end hiring, sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and JobStreet, CV screening, HR interviews, and assessments. The role partners with Hiring Managers to define requirements and builds a robust pipeline of IT talent.

The candidate will coordinate technical interviews, offers, onboarding, and salary negotiations while monitoring SLA and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment, preferably handling Cyber Security roles.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Experience recruiting technical or niche IT positions is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment, preferably handling Cyber Security roles.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Experience recruiting technical or niche IT positions is preferred.

Technical Knowledge

• Good understanding of Cyber Security roles and terminology, including:
• SOC / Security Operations
• Cyber Security Analyst
• Security Engineer
• Vulnerability Management
• GRC / IT Risk

Recruitment Skills

• Have a strong sourcing skills and proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment platforms.
• Able to understand technical CVs and identify relevant Cyber Security skills.
• Good understanding of Cyber Security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, OSCP, and CISM.
• Strong interview, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
