Job summary

Pt Xmotors International Group in Jakarta is seeking a detail-oriented finance administrator to support accounts receivable and billing for air import/export and freight operations. You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to generate invoices, track payments, and maintain accurate customer data.

The role requires familiarity with logistics documentation and strong MS Excel skills, with responsibility for KPI reporting and process improvements within the Commercial/Finance

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable and bookkeeping processes.
• Ability to review invoices and coordinate with branches/customers.
• Strong attention to accuracy and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Submit and process customer invoices and payments.
• Maintain customer ledger and resolve billing inquiries.
• Prepare and issue shipping and import/export documentation.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance to ensure accurate billing.
• Monitor milestones and generate daily/weekly financial reports.
• Assist in month-end closing and reconciliation tasks.
