Job summary

PT Atlantis Trans Logistik is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our Logistics & Freight Forwarding team in Jakarta. You will handle daily financial and administrative tasks, including invoicing, payment monitoring, and reconciliation, coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal departments.

The role requires 1–2 years in finance or accounting administration, a diploma or bachelor’s in accounting/finance, and good Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or diploma in accounting/finance or related field.
• 2+ years in finance or accounting administration preferred.
• Experience with invoicing, AP/AR, and bank reconciliation is essential.
• Familiarity with logistics/shipping industry is a plus.
• Strong MS Excel skills and accuracy under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices, debit/credit notes and supporting financial documents.
• Record all transactions accurately and timely.
• Assist in sending invoices and credit notes to clients and related parties.
• Maintain filing and documentation of invoices, receipts, tax documents, and other records.
• Process monthly PPN and PPh 23 and assist tax submissions.
• Assist in reimbursing PPh 23 with vendors and shipping lines.
• Collect bukti potong PPh 23 from customers and forward to vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.
