You will source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and other platforms; conduct initial screenings and interviews; coordinate schedules; maintain data; and report to HR Manager.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in recruitment, strong English, and the ability to handle mass hiring in a fast-paced automotive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 1–3 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in automotive industry preferred.
• English proficiency in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
• Handle mass hiring for various operational and support positions.
• Source candidates via portals, social media, referrals, and other platforms.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate data in the recruitment tracker or system.
• Prepare and submit daily or weekly recruitment reports to HR Manager.
• Ensure activities comply with SOPs and recruitment standards.
