Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Recruitment Intern for its Jakarta-based team. This full-time, on-site role supports the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting ads, screening applicants, and coordinating interview schedules.

You will maintain candidate databases, communicate with applicants, and assist recruiters during interviews and selections. You will help prepare onboarding materials, support training logistics for new hires, and contribute to improving recruitment

This full-time, on-site Recruitment Internship role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The intern will help prepare onboarding materials, support training logistics for new hires, and contribute to improving recruitment workflows and documentation. The role involves close collaboration with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

• Candidates should possess skills in Recruiting and Hiring to support end-to-end talent acquisition activities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Communication to engage effectively with applicants and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess skills in Training support, including organizing onboarding sessions and assisting with new hire orientation.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in handling candidate data and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, demonstrate professionalism, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets) and comfort learning HR or recruitment tools.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and good command of English will be beneficial for communication with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
