Qualifications

• Fresh graduate in Psychology, HRM, Administration or related field.
• Interested in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Experience in or participation in an organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in regional recruitment processes, including CV screening and interview scheduling
• Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and update candidate data in the recruitment database
• Support interview sessions, assessments, and hiring activities
• Prepare simple reports on recruitment progress and hiring status
