Trust Recruit Pte Ltd is a leading recruitment agency actively sourcing top talent for clients across various industries. We are seeking a recruitment consultant to manage full lifecycle processes, build robust candidate pipelines, and deliver tailored strategies in a dynamic market.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, strong sales aptitude, and proven success in handling diverse client accounts in Indonesia.

Formación

• Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Headhunter within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry.
• In depth understanding of recruitment Indonesia Market
• Demonstrated success in managing a diverse portfolio of client accounts and achieving challenging recruitment targets

Responsabilidades

• Proactively manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of clients, from job requisition to candidate placement
• Involved in 360 full cycle recruitment
• Source, screen, and qualify top talent to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and craft tailored recruitment strategies
• Provide regular progress updates and detailed candidate feedback to clients
• Maintain an extensive network of industry contacts and leveraging referrals to identify high-calibre talent
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment initiatives
