Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to source and contact candidates for ongoing roles, post vacancies across platforms, and maintain a strong online presence. You will interview candidates, understand their career goals, and match them to appropriate vacancies.

You will build relationships with candidates, support them throughout the recruitment process, and collaborate with Recruitment Advisors for end-to-end execution and regular progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience supporting high-volume vacancies with deadlines.
• Strong work ethics, accountability, integrity, and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Source and approach potential candidates for ongoing vacancies across platforms.
• Post job vacancies and maintain online presence.
• Maintain and build relationships with candidates.
• Conduct interviews and provide career consultations.
• Match suitable candidates to vacancies.
• Support candidates through the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with Recruitment Advisors for end-to-end process and report progress.
• Attend progress meetings and Kaizen reviews.
• Handle other tasks supporting the role.

• Post job vacancies in various platforms and maintain a good presence online
• Maintain and build a good relationships with candidates
• Do interviews and do consultation to understand about the candidates' professional aspect and career goals
• Match suitable candidates to the job vacancies
• Support the candidates through the whole recruitment process
• Coordinate closely with Recruitment Advisors and team for end to end process - Make periodical reports for progress review and progress
• Do periodical progress meeting and make reports for progress review and kaizen
• Other tasks that support the role purpose

Job Requirements:

• Business English proficiency
• Min. 1 years of experience as Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition, experienced in supporting high volume of job vacancies with deadlines
• Good work ethics, interpersonal skill, communication skill, has accountability and integrity, determined, good team player, and eagerness to learn
