Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 1-2 years recruitment experience.
• English is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines/targets.
• Hands-on with phone interviews and reference checks.
• Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of client companies, their industry, culture and environment.
• Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts across media including social platforms.
• Head hunt - identify and approach suitable candidates.
• Match candidates to vacancies using databases.
• Review applications, manage interviews, shortlist candidates for clients.
• Check references and assess applicants' suitability.
• Brief candidates on responsibilities, salary and benefits.
• Prepare CVs and correspondence for clients.
• Organize interviews and inform candidates of results.
• Negotiate pay and finalise arrangements between clients and candidates.
• Advise clients and candidates on pay, training and career progression.
• Work towards and exceed recruitment targets.
• Review policies to improve selection processes.
