Aeon Delight Indonesia (PT. Sinar Jernih Sarana) is seeking a results-driven sales professional based in Surakarta to drive regional accounts and foster long-term relationships.

You will execute sales activities, evaluate pricing to stay competitive, and nurture customer contracts. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of field sales experience, and the ability to present confidently in Indonesian and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from any major.
• Experience at least 3 years as CDE with high performance.
• Ability to communicate and present confidently in Indonesian and English.
• Strong leadership to manage and develop sales team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out sales activities by the targets given by the Regional Sales Manager.
• Evaluate the selling price of the company's products/services to be competitive and accepted by customers.
• Fostering good relationships with customers and trying to maintain existing employment contracts.

• Have strong leadership capability to manage and develop sales team.
• Have minimum 200 study hours in U+ program
