Job summary

Boleh Dicoba Digital is seeking a recruiter to identify and attract qualified candidates and manage the end-to-end hiring process in Bandung. You will screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.

You will maintain a steady pipeline by reaching out to passive talent and providing regular updates on progress to the hiring team.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, preferably in digital marketing or creative industries.
• Strong sourcing using job portals, LinkedIn, Tech In Asia, Glints and other social media/job platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes and evaluate cultural fit.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & attraction on job portals, databases, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other channels to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Screening applications and resumes to identify potential candidates that align with job requirements and company needs.
• Scheduling and conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates, coordinating between candidates and hiring managers for seamless communication.
• Communicating effectively with candidates via phone, email, and in-person as needed for the recruitment process.
• Ensuring candidates align with job specs and company culture, values, and working environment.
• Ensuring that the hiring timeline adheres to the specified schedule.
• Providing regular updates on recruitment progress, candidate statuses, and market trends to the hiring team.
• Maintaining a continuous flow of candidates by proactively reaching out to passive talent and managing an ongoing pipeline for current and future roles.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in digital marketing, creative industry, or related fields.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using job portal, LinkedIn, Tech In Asia, Glints and other social media/job platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring processes at once.
• Ability to evaluate candidates based on both technical skills and cultural fit.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing your schedule effectively.
