Job summary

PT. Ming Sui Solusi Indonesia is seeking an HR professional who can manage recruitment while building engaging employer branding content.

You will source candidates, conduct initial screening, and coordinate the hiring process, while creating content for social media to attract talent. Ideal candidates are creative, proactive, comfortable on camera, with strong English communication and at least 1 year in HR or recruitment, plus exposure to Mandarin-speaking hiring a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year HR/recruitment experience.
• Experience hiring Mandarin-speaking candidates is a plus.
• Good English communication skills.
• Confident on camera and comfortable creating content.
