Job summary

FINNS Bali is seeking a dynamic Receptionist to welcome guests, manage calls, and provide outstanding service in a vibrant front desk environment. You will maintain an organized front desk, handle inquiries, and coordinate appointments to ensure a smooth experience for visitors and staff.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of receptionist experience, is fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and proficient with OPERA.

Qualifications

• Two years front desk/reception experience.
• Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.
• Experience using OPERA software.
• Professional appearance and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and greet guests professionally.
• Manage incoming calls and direct to appropriate personnel.

Summary :

• Welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting visitors with information
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Address inquiries and resolve issues courteously and efficiently
• Keep track of appointment calendars and communicate any changes
• Maintain a communication log for reference
• Effectively manage multiple tasks, such as handling phone calls while assisting visitors and coordinating appointments
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to privacy policies

• Minimum 2 years experience of work as Front Liner/Receptionist or in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Experienced in using OPERA
• Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance
