Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and service standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by engaging with guests in a professional, friendly, and attentive manner.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of beverage menus, ingredients, and promotions.
• Ensure bar stations are fully stocked, organized, and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and control procedures.
• Accurately process guest orders and payments through the POS system.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with bar, service, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in maintaining a positive atmosphere and exceptional guest experience throughout service.
• Support the achievement of departmental goals and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, beach club, bar, or similar hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
• Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
