Job summary

FINNS Beach Club is seeking a Reservations Communications Coordinator to oversee daily reservation operations and balance staff workloads across all booking channels. You will ensure prompt guest inquiries responses and maintain high service standards in a luxury hospitality setting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality and proven supervision experience in reservations or front-of-house operations. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.

Description

FINNS Beach Club is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Reservation Communication Coordinator to play a critical role in leading our daily reservation operations. As the Reservation Communication Coordinator, you will work closely with management to oversee daily shift operations, balance team workloads across all booking channels, and ensure every guest inquiry is handled promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the shift floor in real time, monitor queues across all channels, and rebalance workload between staff as volume shifts.
• Ensure every inquiry is followed up and converted where possible, flagging any at risk of going unanswered.
• Assist with booking or guest issues beyond staff's ability to resolve, escalating complex matters or complaints to the Manager.
• Perform quality control on invoices, payment links, and booking confirmations to catch errors early.
• Manage responses to Google and TripAdvisor reviews.
• Assist the Manager in training and coaching staff on reservation operations and guest communication to drive revenue growth and improve department performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact when the Manager is unavailable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or Hotel Management
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience in reservations, sales, or front-of-house operations within the luxury hospitality industry.
• Hands-on experience with booking management platforms, payment link generators, and invoicing software.
• Proven track record in handling guest complaints, resolving booking issues, and managing online review responses (Google & TripAdvisor).
• Strong ability to monitor channel queues, manage shift workloads, and balance task distribution dynamically.
• Sharp attention to detail to follow up on inquiries, convert bookings, and minimize missed opportunities.
• Meticulous oversight for checking invoices, payment links, and booking confirmations to catch errors early.
