Job summary

• Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate department or person.
• Receive, record and distribute mail and packages.
• Coordinate visitor check-in and scheduling of appointments.
• Provide general administrative and front office support as needed.

Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person.

Receive, record, and distribute incoming letters, documents, and packages.

Manage visitor registration and coordinate scheduled appointments.

Provide general administrative and front office support.

Coordinate with relevant departments regarding visitor arrivals and requests.
