Job summary

SPS Corporate is hiring a Local Assistant Account Officer in Indonesia. You will manage key client relationships, assist in local marketing, and support the account team with renewals and invoicing while coordinating with cross-functional departments.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and experience with CRM tools and MS Office. Willingness to work across multiple Indonesian locations is required.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Local Assistant Account Officer to join our dynamic team at SPS Corporate. In this full-time position based in All area Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing key client relationships, driving international marketing initiatives and supporting the growth of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned local clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong, lasting relationships
• Assist in the development and execution of tailored local marketing strategies to expand our global reach and client base
• Gather market intelligence, identify new opportunities and provide recommendations to the sales and marketing teams
• Support the account management team in managing contract renewals, invoicing and other administrative tasks
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure seamless and effective client service

What we're looking for

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• A team player with a collaborative and proactive approach to work
• Fluency in other language is a plus
• Willing to work and be placed in various locations across Indonesia
