Job summary

SPS Corporate is seeking a data/engineering-minded professional with 1–3 years of programming and data analytics experience. The ideal candidate will design and implement internal tools, dashboards, and data pipelines to support decision making.

You will work with relational databases, APIs, and IT infrastructure concepts, translating business needs into robust data structures and reports. Strong Excel skills and curiosity required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/SE/IS/CE or related technical disciplines.
• Industrial Engineering or Data Science backgrounds welcomed if strong programming and systems fundamentals are shown.
• Min GPA 3.00.

Job description

Bachelor Degree Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related technical disciplines. Industrial Engineering, Data Science and other engineering backgrounds are also welcome if you have strong programming and systems fundamentals with min GPA 3.00

Minimum 1–3 years of experience programming/ data analyst are welcome to apply.

Strong understanding of programming, relational databases, SQL, APIs, Git/version control, and basic IT infrastructure concepts.

Strong curiosity and willingness to learn, with excellent critical thinking, solid technical fundamentals, and the ability to apply first-principles reasoning to solve problems.

Strong experience in building internal tools, dashboards, workflows, automation, data pipelines, and reporting systems.

Proficient in database design, data modeling, APIs, system integration, ERP implementation, and process digitization.

Strong ability to translate business and operational processes into system requirements and data structures.

Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, and system architecture.

Proficient in Excel for modeling and analysis, with the ability to evaluate technical solutions and implementation trade-offs.

Familiar with AI-assisted tools to improve research, development, analysis, and problem-solving efficiency.
