Job summary

PT THE JANNAH PROJECT (Jannah Restaurant) is seeking a Cashier with at least 1 year of experience in F&B or retail in Bali. The ideal candidate will have a High School or Vocational High School background, be proficient with POS and EDC devices, and possess strong numerical accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Process guest payments accurately (Cash, Debit, Credit, or E-wallet).
• Provide information regarding menus, ongoing promotions, and bill details to guests.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation (opening and closing balance) for every shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station.
• Handle guest inquiries or concerns regarding billing professionally.
• Report any transaction discrepancies immediately to the Supervisor or Manager.
