Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Real Estate Development Professional in Indonesia to scout and secure sites for new stores in line with the company strategy.

The role requires negotiating permits with legal partners and supporting asset development, while building strong relationships with authorities, landlords, and other real estate professionals. Strong English, integrity and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree.
• Understand real estate market dynamics & feasibility considerations.
• Strong reputation and extensive network with property industry stakeholders.
• High level of integrity and excellent interpersonal & presentation skills.
• Proficient in English (oral & written) and able to analyze and write detailed reports.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for scouting, identifying, securing and developing potential sites for developing new stores, in line with the company strategy for long term goals & visions. He/she will also responsible for negotiating, securing and monitors all necessaries planning permits for new stores together with legal business partners, as well as, upon request, supporting property assets in the same purpose for store extension or property related issues.
• Building and maintaining relationships with local authorities and government officials as well as with landlords, brokers, lawyers, design consultant, and/or other real estate professionals.
• Scouting land for new store projects in the defined target area while considering the company expansion strategy.
• Ensure that the evaluation of each site includes how well each site can support the implementation, how well the site can be developed for future expansion of commercial activities, all issues with regard to legal permissions, investment calculations.
• Negotiating and managing real estate purchase contracts or options until final deal in collaborations with legal partners.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree.
