Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Real Estate Development Professional in Indonesia to scout and secure sites for new stores in line with the company strategy.

The role requires negotiating permits with legal partners and supporting asset development, while building strong relationships with authorities, landlords, and other real estate professionals. Strong English, integrity and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree.
• Understand real estate market dynamics & feasibility considerations.
• Strong reputation and extensive network with property industry stakeholders.
• High level of integrity and excellent interpersonal & presentation skills.
• Proficient in English (oral & written) and able to analyze and write detailed reports.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Scout, identify, secure and develop potential sites for new stores in line with the company strategy.
• Negotiate and monitor planning permits with legal partners; support property assets for extensions.
• Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, landlords, brokers, lawyers, designers and other real estate professionals.
• Evaluate sites for expansion potential and financial viability considering legal permissions and investment calculations.
• Negotiate and manage real estate purchase contracts or options with legal partners.
