Unicorn Property is a real estate agency based in Canggu, Bali. We rent and sell villas to international clients in Canggu and the areas around it: Pererenan, Seseh, Cemagi, Umalas, Seminyak and more.

About the role

Our long-term rental team has two roles: a listing agent who finds villas, and a client agent who works with tenants. We are hiring the client agent.

What you will do

• Take incoming leads and reply fast on WhatsApp and phone
• Understand what the client needs: budget, area, bedrooms, move-in date, lease term
• Offer suitable villas from our listings
• Run client meetings and villa viewings
• Negotiate and close the deal: agreement signed, deposit paid
• Follow up with clients, handle renewals and referrals

How we work

We use AI to help agents handle leads, follow-ups and routine work, so you spend your time with clients, not on admin

We are a result-driven, progressive company: with AI support we expect more closed deals per agent than a typical agency

Hybrid schedule: one day a week at the office in Canggu, the rest from home and at viewings

About you

• Good spoken and written English (other languages are a plus)
• Experience in real estate, rentals, hospitality or sales
• Know Canggu and the surrounding areas
• Own motorbike, driving licence (SIM C) and smartphone
• Smart, curious and interested in AI and new tools
• Target-driven, organised and strong with follow-up
