Job summary

PT Jumbo Power International is seeking a warehouse professional with at least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and team supervision. The role focuses on raw material handling in a manufacturing environment, including receiving, storage, stock accuracy, and proper documentation.

You will operate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and have familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and team supervision.
• Experience in raw material receiving, storage, stock accuracy, and warehouse documentation.
• Proficient in operating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Familiar with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations and supervise warehouse staff.
• Ensure receiving, storage, and issuing of raw materials.
• Maintain stock accuracy and comply with warehouse documentation.
• Utilize WMS to manage inventory and processes.
• Coordinate with production to meet material requirements.
• Assist with ERP data and process improvements.
• Handle hazardous materials and forklift operations where applicable.

Job description

Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and team supervision, preferably in raw material warehouse management manufacturing industry.

Experienced in handling raw material receiving, storage, stock accuracy, material issuance, and warehouse documentation processes.

Proficient in operating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Familiar with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems is an advantage.

Strong leadership and coordination skills to manage warehouse manpower and support production requirements effectively.

Detail-oriented, disciplined, organized, and capable of maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse compliance.

Having experience in handling chemical materials, hazardous materials, or forklift operation will be an advantage.
