Job summary

PT Lautan Luas Tbk is seeking an experienced R&D professional to advance cosmetic formulation, ingredient research, and product development. The role focuses on innovating ingredients and guiding formulation from concept to testing.

You will work with formulation and production teams to ensure safe, high-quality manufacturing and prepare documentation to meet quality and regulatory standards. A strong background in cosmetics is essential, with at least two years in relevant R&D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on R&D experience in cosmetics, personal care, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulation development, product testing, and quality control.
• Strong analytical thinking, research capabilities, and technical problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills with experience collaborating across R&D, formulation, and production teams.
