Job summary

PT JJ-LAPP Cable Indonesia is seeking aQuotation Specialist to review RFQs, prepare competitive technical and commercial quotations, and coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Production Planning to ensure feasibility.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 2–3 years of experience in offer management or sales support in manufacturing, and strong Excel/ERP/SAP proficiency. English communications are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in offer management or quotation in manufacturing or cable/electrical industry.
• Strong understanding of technical and commercial quotation processes.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel; ERP/SAP experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Review customer RFQs and clarify requirements.
• Prepare accurate and competitive technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, New Product Development, Production Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Finance to ensure quotation feasibility.
• Evaluate product specifications, pricing, lead times, and other commercial requirements.
• Ensure quotations comply with customer requirements, applicable industry standards, and company policies.
• Follow up and manage quotation status to support timely conversion of opportunities into orders.
• Maintain accurate quotation records and relevant documentation.
• Provide support and clarification to Sales during the quotation and negotiation process.
