Job summary

PT Fortuna Investasi Utama is seeking a Quantity Surveyor Staff to manage quantities, estimate costs, and oversee budget control for hotel and resort projects in Labuan Bajo, Flores.

The role requires reading and interpreting technical drawings and preparing cost control analyses. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with AutoCAD are preferred, with 2–3 years of relevant experience. Willingness to be placed in Labuan Bajo is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in hospitality sectors.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and organizational ability.

About you

Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in construction, property development, hotel, resort, or hospitality sectors

Willing to be placed in Labuan Bajo, Flores

Experience on hotel/resort projects or large-scale construction projects preferred

Understanding of RAB, BOQ, Quantity Take-Off, cost estimation, and cost control

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; AutoCAD skills preferred

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability

Ability to work to deadlines and targets

Good communication and coordination skills
