Job summary

PT Fortuna Investasi Utama is seeking a Quantity Surveyor Staff to manage quantities, estimate costs, and oversee budget control for hotel and resort projects in Labuan Bajo, Flores.

The role requires reading and interpreting technical drawings and preparing cost control analyses. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with AutoCAD are preferred, with 2–3 years of relevant experience. Willingness to be placed in Labuan Bajo is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in hospitality sectors.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage project quantities and cost estimation.
• Control and monitor project budgets.
• Handle commercial administration of projects.
• Analyze RAB, BOQ, and Quantity Take-Off documents.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Prepare cost control reports and analysis.
