Job summary

GVN PT. Global Vita Nutritech in Indonesia seeks a QA/QC specialist to oversee quality and food safety standards across Kosher manufacturing and related processes. You will ensure compliance with FSSC 22000, Halal, Kosher, and CPPOB, and maintain documentation within the QMS.

The role also focuses on driving a strong Food Safety Culture, improving line readiness, and handling regulatory compliance such as UKL/UPL and local permits, with collaboration across production and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality and food safety standards (FSSC 22000, Halal, Kosher).
• Proven ability to maintain documentation across both hardcopy and electronic systems.
• Experience supporting Kosher manufacturing and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the effectiveness and compliance rate of quality and food safety standards (FSSC 22000, Halal, Kosher, and CPPOB).
• Maintain and manage up-to-date documentation across hardcopy files and the electronic Quality Management System (Document Controller).
• Drive and optimize production line readiness and availability for Kosher manufacturing.
• Champion and evaluate the implementation of the internal Food Safety Culture.
• Handle statutory, environmental, and industrial compliance (UKL/UPL, industrial business licensing, domestic investment permits, and local domicile permits).
